We frame using Kiln Dried Pressure Treated Lumber and wrap the top of all of our joists with adhesive tape to seal out any moisture that may get trapped under the decking. We believe in over-building so your deck will withstand anything you put on it and last a long time.

Instead of being loyal to one brand and reaping the financial benefits of being an exclusive installer, we believe in offering and educating on the best product in each price range. Our favorite economy decking is Fiberon Good Life and our favorite high-end board is Deckorators Vault, but we’ll bring our box of samples over and we can talk about what’s best for you. Our deck railings are custom fabricated steel that are powder-coated to withstand all the weather exposure Colorado has to offer. On our decks you won’t need to worry about filing insurance claims after those spring hail storms.
